I hit up my local Asian supermarket to get a few things like fresh noodles, multiple soy sauce variants, and weird mushrooms. I ended up with a some extra items, like these seaweed snacks I can't stop eating. Damned snack aisle!

I've never tried it myself but my asian cousins insist it is awesome and tastes like maple syrup.
